Arbitrum to Deprecate Support for Arbitrum Rinkeby on December 20th

Arbitrum announced that it is looking to deprecate support for Arbitrum Rinkeby starting on December 20th, when the Rinkeby block explorer, Public RPC, and sequencer will be taken down.
