Binance and Cuscapi Take Strategic Stakes in Malaysia’s MX Global

TokenInsight news, MX Global Sdn Bhd (MX Global), a Malaysian digital asset trading platform, announced an undisclosed equity investment from Binance, in conjunction with another investment for Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares (RCPS) by Cuscapi Bhd, a digital business solutions provider in Malaysia. The funds raised will be used to expand MX Global's team and develop new features. It is reported that MX Global was granted full approval by the Securities Commission of Malaysia (SC) in July 2021.
