Blur Offers Some NFT Traders 50% Refund after ETH Losses from UI 'Bug'

Blur is offering some traders a 50% refund on certain purchases after a user pointed out an interface error that caused them to lose 70 ETH.

Previously, user Keungz.eth bought Art Gobbler 8273 for 70 ETH on Blur because the number entered in Blur's bidding system did not recognize the first decimal entered, and when the user entered ".70", Blur would default to a bid of "70" instead of "0.7".

After evaluating further, Blur sees how this can be considered a bug from the user’s perspective, so it will refund 50% to traders who were affected by this UI behavior. Specifically, Blur will query for collection bids that were accepted over 25% of the non-flagged floor and refund them automatically. It will do this within the next 10 days (likely sooner).
