InvestaX, a digital securities platform, has closed a Series A round of funding for an undisclosed amount. Coinbase Ventures, Gate Ventures, Global Blockchain Ventures and others participated in the round. InvestaX is a MAS licensed digital securities platform offering end-to-end solutions for the issuance, trading and custody of digital securities for private market assets.
