dYdX Chain Integrates Cross-Chain Infrastructure Axelar, with Mainnet to Launch in October

Decentralized derivatives exchange dYdX announced that the dYdX Chain (also known as V4) has integrated Axelar's cross-chain infrastructure to use Squid to enable one-click onboarding.

Squid is a cross-chain transaction protocol powered by Axelar. With the help of the integration, users will be able to deposit assets from Ethereum, Layer2s, or other app chains to the dYdX Chain, or to withdraw assets from dYdX, within a dYdX Chain front end in one click. Supported chains include Ethereum, Avalanche, OP Mainnet, Arbitrum, Polygon, Base, and more.

In addition, when interviewed by CoinDesk, dYdX founder Antonio Juliano said that the dYdX Chain is now in the final stages of testing and will be live on the mainnet in October.
