Hong Kong's HashKey Exchange Announces HSK Token Roadmap

HashKey Exchange has unveiled the roadmap for its platform token, HSK which is divided into five stages.

The first stage, scheduled for November 2023, involves updating the HSK economic model and revealing token distribution rules. The second stage, also set for November 2023, entails completing HSK ERC-20 minting and on-chain distribution. In the third stage, anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2023, HashKey Exchange will announce the HSK incentive program, which includes launching a fee discount plan, distributing a trading incentive pool, releasing Initial Purchase Criteria for Premium Assets and HSK Holder Participation Program, and involving HSK token holders. The HSK buyback program is expected to commence in the second half of 2024.

The fourth stage spans from the second quarter to the third quarter of 2024 and involves HSK release plan. During this phase, HashKey Exchange will share its future plans and initiate preparations in various aspects, including legal, regulatory, and market-related matters. The fifth stage, in the second half of 2024, focuses on promoting the listing of HSK. Early contributors to HSK will be eligible for airdrop.

According to official information, the current HSK tokenomic model includes a total issuance of 1 billion tokens. Of this, 650 million tokens, constituting 65%, will be allocated for ecosystem growth, with 520 million tokens for business growth, 78 million tokens for partnership reserves, 36 million tokens for release incentives, and 16 million tokens for genesis incentives. The team will receive an allocation of 300 million tokens, representing 30%, while a reserve of 50 million tokens will account for 5% in the insurance fund.
