Optimism's Third Season of Governance Fund Grants to Begin on Jan. 26th

Optimism's third season of the Governance Fund Grants will begin on January 26th. This season's Builders Committee and Growth Experiments Committee are staffed 100% by community members and delegates, which are designed to maximize the number of developers building on Optimism and the number of users of apps on Optimism.
