Public Chain Aptos Releases Whitepaper v1.0

Public chain Aptos released whitepaper version v1.0, describing the Aptos blockchain as a secure, scalable and upgradeable Web3 infrastructure. The whitepaper focuses on the Move language design philosophy, key design principles and innovations. It is reported that Aptos is a public chain project founded by the original team members of Diem, and its incentive testnet III will start registration on August 19th, and is expected to launch the mainnet around the end of September.
