Raydium Willing to Offer Attacker More Than 15% of Stolen Funds as Whitehat Bounty

Solana-based DEX Raydium announced that it will increase the whitehat bug bounty offered to the attacker of the protocol, in an attempt to accelerate recovery. Now, if the attacker returns the stolen funds, Raydium will offer the entire amount of compromised $RAY and 15% of the remaining funds.

Meanwhile, Raydium said that the identity of the attacker remains unknown, but it'll continue to work with ecosystem partners to investigate the movements of stolen funds. Raydium has contacted centralized exchanges and is working with law enforcement.

Last Friday, Raydium was hacked for nearly $4.4m worth of crypto due to a private key compromised. The stolen funds included around 1.88m $RAY, around 1.09m $USDC and around 120k $SOL. At first, Raydium offered 10% of the stolen funds as whitehat bug bounty.
