SushiSwap launched a community proposal, Sushi Legal Structure, which plans to form an association or foundation for Sushi DAO to clarify the rights and obligations of token holders and contributors, limit their liability and mitigate future risk. In addition, various services entities can be created for contributors to the Sushi Protocol.
