Web3 funding management platform Presail has closed a €3.8 million seed round led by SNÖ Ventures with participation from Kraken Ventures, Skyfall Ventures and others. The funds raised will be used for staffing and to accelerate the launch of a new product line. Presail is a Web3 community-driven funding management platform that provides customers with a single source and the ability to collaborate, manage cap tables, automate vesting schedules and implement KYC / AML.
